Kapustin Yar was created as the site for the development of the Soviet Union’s space program after the end of World War II. It lies over 500 miles south of Moscow and about 60 miles east of Volgograd, the former Stalingrad. These days it lies close to the Kazakhstan border, but back in those days, the base was deep inside Soviet territory. It was here that captured V2 rockets and the German scientists that created them were set to work with not only the single task of getting into space before the Americans, but also designing and testing new aircraft, missiles and other weapons systems. The base was deemed so secret that the nearby town of Zhitkur was emptied of its population and levelled because it was too close.
In 1948, less than a year after the famed Roswell Incident, the base’s radar operators picked up an unidentified object. At the same time, a fighter pilot flying close to the base had a visual sighting of a silver, cigar-shaped object. Reporting that he was being blinded by rays from the UFO, the pilot was ordered to engage with it and, after a three minute dogfight, a missile successfully brought down the object. It seems that the UFO fired some sort of energy weapon at the MiG and both craft crashed to the ground.
William J Birnes, publisher of the American UFO Magazine, believed that the alien craft fired a particle beam weapon at the Soviet fighter, but a lucky shot with the missile disrupted the UFO’s anti-gravity field, causing it to fall from the sky. Soviet recovery teams quickly gathered up all the wreckage and transported it to the underground facility at Kapustin Yar, which was ironically named Zhitkur, after the former town not far from the base.

Russian researcher, Paul Stonehill, co-author with Philip Mantle of UFO-USSR, described how in about 950AD, Ahmed Ibn Fadlan, an Arab chronicler, was dispatched by the Caliph of Baghdad to engage in diplomacy with the King of the Bulgars. In the Volga region of Russia, Fadlan described how he and his fellow travellers witnessed ‘aerial battles’ between ‘shapes’ that moved through the clouds. Fleets of objects, flying in formations that resembled people and animals, engaged each other, merging and separating for a long period of time. Stonehill described it as being like something from a modern movie.
On 15th August, 1663, a great fiery disc came down from the sky and began shooting beams of light into the Robozero Lake near Belozersk, about 250 miles east of St. Petersburg.
It moved from the south to the west, vanished and later reappeared for an hour and a half, terrifying the local witnesses. Fisherman were said to have been scalded by the light and glowing fish leaped from the water, as if to escape the fireball floating overhead.
In 1892, an object appeared over Moscow and shot a ‘pillar of light’ down to the ground for 20-25 minutes. It was described as fiery, much like most other Russian UFO reports through the ages.
One Russian event dwarfs any reported anywhere in the world. On June 30th, 1908, a huge fireball raced across the Siberian taiga and exploded over the forest close to the town of Tunguska. Six hundred square miles of tundra was razed to the ground and the shockwave was felt by seismographs around the world.
At first it was thought that a meteor had impacted with the Earth and when the first expeditions arrived twenty years later, they expected to find a huge crater. No crater was found, but the devastation was evident, with trees laid out like matchsticks in a huge, circular swathe from the centre of the blast. From the pattern of the destruction, it soon became apparent that the object had exploded high above the ground, much like the atomic bombs dropped on Japan in 1945, but much more powerful in terms of magnitude. Most researchers outside of Russia, including Stanton Friedman, were convinced that this was a natural event and nothing to do with aliens or UFOs, but Russian ufologists, such as Nikolai Subbotin of the Russian UFO Research Station, were not so sure. Subbotin explained how the object apparently changed course twice before exploding, something a natural object such as a meteorite or comet cannot do. Then there were unexplained radiation levels in the region and the fact that plant life appears to have been altered because of this radiation.
Stalin himself seemed convinced that the event was related to some sort of weapon, possibly from extraterrestrials, and he set Sergei Korolev, the father of Soviet rocketry, the task of finding answers. Korolev financed a team to travel to Tunguska in fleets of helicopters. They found radioactive metal fragments and an area that has become known as ‘The Devil’s Graveyard’, an area close to the blast site where no plants will grow and animals tend to die. Although Korolev is believed to have told Stalin that he thought the blast was caused by an alien spacecraft, his official report put the blame squarely on a meteorite.
As rumours began to filter back to Washington DC about UFO wreckage from Tunguska, the 1948 crash and other incidents being taken to Zhitkur, it became obvious to America’s intelligence agencies that they needed to find out what was going on. Their spies informed them that the Soviet Union was building huge rockets that could not only carry large, nuclear payloads, but could also reach space. Indeed, their progress became so rapid, that the Soviets were ahead of their own schedules in terms of advancement.
By the time American U2 spy planes photographed the complex at Kapustin Yar, there were at least four ballistic launch sites, fourteen launch pads, a highly-sophisticated radar tracking facility, three long runways and numerous unidentified areas. There were strange, geometric patterns on the ground. Many UFO researchers believe that these designs are to attract UFOs and are patterned after ancient monuments and cereal glyphs.
What the reconnaissance aircraft could not reveal was the underground Zhitkur facility. UFO Files now took us on a virtual guided tour of the base, recreated from descriptions given from Russian ufologist Anton Anfalov. A quarter of a mile beneath the surface, we were led down dark, dank corridors and tunnels, with numerous chambers containing various types of extraterrestrial craft in various stages of disassembly. There were areas where autopsies of aliens would take place and other sections where perhaps engines were being reconstructed. Finally, there are huge hangars containing not aircraft, but large, cigar- or cylindrical-shaped objects.
The advances at Kapustin Yar enabled the Soviets to leap ahead of America in the space race. In 1957, Sputnik I was successfully placed into orbit. A month later, a dog called Laika became the first animal in space. In 1961, Yuri Gagarin became the first man to orbit the Earth. In 1963, Valentina Tereshkova became the first woman to travel into space. In 1965, Alexei Leonov became the first man to ‘walk’ in space. Russia’s cosmonauts also performed the first rendezvous and docking in space. Apart from the Apollo moon shots, the Soviet Union was winning the space race until the space shuttle was first launched in 1981.
One of Russia’s most well-known ufologists is Vladimir Azhazha (sometimes spelled Ajaja). He took us on a tour of a site close to Kapustin Yar where he claimed a UFO crashed. Dowsing with copper rods, he found an elliptical area where he claimed that an alien craft had plummeted to Earth in 1961. He said that animals avoided the area, no cattle will graze there and strange energies affect your pulse rate and breathing.
A local resident, Zoya Shubenkina, corroborated Azhazha’s story about the 1961 crash, claiming she had witnessed it for herself. She said a big, fiery, red sphere flew over her house and crashed in the valley by the river.
Azhazha explained how many Soviet fighter pilots engaged in dogfights with UFOs. Former Soviet Air Force colonel and cosmonaut, a hero of the state, Marina Popovich confirmed that she had personally witnessed aerial battles between Soviet jets and UFOs. One such event she described occurred in 1964. During a training mission, two jets came under attack from a UFO and were forced into a spiral dive. In 1980, Colonel Popovich encountered several unidentified objects while on a top secret mission. She said they were three fireball-like lights and she watched as they moved away.
In the evening of the 7th of August, 1967, Colonel Vyatkin Lev Mikhailovic suddenly encountered an object that was projecting a beam of light downwards. He tried to wrestle his MiG away from the beam, but the left wing touched it and he struggled to regain control. The plane shook and his instruments went haywire. As they flew away, his technician exclaimed that the wing was glowing and after they landed, it continued to glow for a whole week afterwards.
As more and more reports came in from across the Soviet Union, the KGB clamped down, opening up its own file on the phenomenon, known as The Blue File. The Blue File would become the most comprehensive and largest study of UFOs ever commissioned anywhere in the world. It ran from the mid-sixties until the fall of the Soviet Union. One of its latest reports was from 1990, when witnesses close to Kapustin Yar described UFOs in the sky for over an hour. The new freedoms in Russia enabled the producers of UFO Files to obtain ‘top secret’ footage of a supposed UFOs at Kapustin Yar. On June 3rd, 1960, two alien craft allegedly crashed at Kasputin Yar, creating an expanding fireball that caused explosions in the vicinity for over an hour. At approximately 11:00 AM on August 10, 1989 near the city of Prohladnyi, Russia, Soviet military radar units detected an unidentified flying object. After attempts to communicate went unanswered, the object was noted as “hostile.” Defense systems were put on alert, with utilization of surface to air missiles, and the deployment of Mig-25s. Blasting out of Rostov and Krymsk, the Migs were ordered to intercept and identify the unknown object.
The UFO was on a north heading, like foreign missiles or planes would be, and the order was given to arm and use weapons. A ground to air missile hit the UFO, causing it to ditch over the Caucasian Mountains. A retrieval team on board an M1-8 helicopter was sent, and the disc-shaped object was located outside of Nizhnizy Chegem, and the area around the crash site was soon cordoned off.
The object was 6.9 meters long and 3.0 meters high, shaped like a cockleshell, according to witnesses. A long rut in the earth could be seen leading to the craft, which had smashed into an area of rocks. The damage from the missile was obvious, causing the object to lose its original shape.

Gupta Swami a prezis şi, totodată, am putea spune că a anticipat cu o acurateţe extraordinară mai multe evenimente cruciale care între timp s-au petrecut deja la sfârşitul acestui secol, şi de curând a făcut unele preziceri ce urmează să se împlinească la începutul noului mileniu.

Printre prezicerile sale care ulterior s-au adeverit amintim: căderea lui Gorbaciov, atentatul terorist din Indonezia, căderea navetei Columbia, precum şi prăbuşirea şi execuţia capitală a cuplului de despoţi Ceauşescu. Mai ales din această cauză, adeseori, de-a lungul timpului acest faimos yoghin indian a fost contactat de mulţi preşedinţi de state şi guverne. La ora actuală se ştie că până şi Elena Ceauşescu a apelat la yoghinul Gupta Swami în anul 1983, însă a fost teribil de deranjată de prezicerile acestuia, în mod evident nefaste pentru conducătorii de atunci ai României. Tocmai de aceea, soţia dictatorului Ceauşescu l-a silit pe Gupta Swami să părăsească urgent România.

Atunci când s-a aflat în vizită în Bucovina, faimosul yoghin Gupta Swami a făcut o serie de profeţii cutremurătoare. Acestea sunt în concordanţă deplină cu profeţiile unui alt indian şi anume, Sundar Singh, profeţii care circulă în România încă din perioada comunistă anterioară regimului Ceauşescu. În cazul în care aceste profeţii recente ale lui Gupta Swami se vor adeveri, ele anunţă, totodată, la unison cu profeţiile indianului Sundar Singh, transformarea profundă la faţă atât a României, cât şi a întregii planete.

Iată ce a mărturisit cu această ocazie, în anul 2004, indianul Gupta Swami:
„Atunci când am vizitat prima oară România, aproape toţi românii cu care m-am întâlnit sau care au intrat în legătură cu mine nu s-au interesat decât de propriul lor viitor. Una dintre aceste persoane a fost şi Elena Ceauşescu, dar dat fiind faptul că ea nu a fost deloc încântată de evenimentele dramatice pe care i le-am prezis, s-a grăbit să mă numească şarlatan şi apoi, peste doar câteva zile, am fost invitat să părăsesc imediat România. Toate acestea s-au petrecut în anul 1983. Pot să adaug că un înalt personaj din guvernul României, care a participat în calitate de revoluţionar la procesul soţilor Ceauşescu (Gupta Swami a refuzat să precizeze numele acestuia), mi-a mărturisit cu o oarecare uimire că printre şuşotelile Elenei Ceauşescu atunci când se afla cu Nicolae Ceauşescu la binecunoscutul lor proces, a auzit de două ori, cât se poate de clar, că a fost amintit numele meu.”

Moartea actualului presedinte (Basescu) va declansa apoi in Romania tulburari sociale fara precedent. „În viitor va începe un înfiorător război mondial – cel de-al treilea şi ultimul – ce va fi declanşat şi întreţinut de forţele oculte satanice ce conduc la ora actuală omenirea. România va participa la acest război încă înainte de extinderea şi transformarea lui într-un război de anvergură mondială, din cauza politicii năroade a conducătorilor ei (sunt semnificative, în această direcţie, nenumăratele ştiri care deja au apărut şi continuă să apară pe ici, pe colo în presa din România şi care anticipează acest război: «România se pregăteşte de război», «Preşedintele Băsescu este loial şi aservit politicii Israelului!», «Va fi, oare, târâtă România în războiul altora fără ştirea poporului?»). Datorită declanşării celui de-Al Treilea Război Mondial, tinerii din această ţară (români) vor muri în număr mare, pe capete, în unele ţări străine în locul unor străini, războindu-se pentru o cauză ce este complet străină de interesele românilor. După ce actuala guvernare (preşedintele Băsescu) va câştiga din nou alegerile, cam în a doua jumătate a acelui mandat se va declanşa o altă revoluţie în România, iar acea revoluţie va fi cu totul diferită de revoluţia care a avut loc în anul 1989. Trebuie să ştiţi că, înainte să se declanşeze acea nouă revoluţie în România, guvernarea va fi extrem de brutală şi se va prezenta aproape ca o dictatură, cu toate că acea guvernare va continua să se numească, de ochii lumii, democraţie. Înainte de dezlănţuirea acelei revoluţii, românii o vor duce chiar extrem de rău. Viaţa lor va fi mai grea şi mai chinuită decât a fost pe vremea dictatorului Ceauşescu. În acele vremuri, înainte să se declanşeze acea revoluţie în România, legile vor fi din ce în ce mai multe, constrângătoare şi deosebit de aspre. Cei ce se vor afla la conducerea ţării se vor manifesta adeseori într-un mod violent, inuman şi chiar necruţător. Criza socială ce va apare atunci în România se va adânci din ce în ce mai mult, iar masele de români care i-au ales pe reprezentaţii lor vor înţelege, într-un târziu, că prin înlăturarea dictatorului Ceauşescu au adus la conducere alţi dictatori ce sunt mai cruzi, mai răi şi mai lacomi decât a fost dictatorul Ceauşescu. La un moment dat, masele de români îşi vor da seama că după revoluţia ce a avut loc în anul 1989, totul a mers de la rău la extraordinar de rău.”

Averile obtinute prin furt si inselaciune ale celor care s-au imbogatit dupa anul 1989 vor fi pierdute, dupa cum si merita acesti talhari, si se vor risipi. „În timpul acestei noi revoluţii care va izbucni în viitorul apropiat în România, zeci de mii de români vor muri sub pretextul înfăptuirii dreptăţii care era aşteptată de atâţia ani. În timpul acelei revoluţii ce va izbucni în România va începe apoi o adevărată «vânătoare de vrăjitoare» împotriva vechilor comunişti, cât şi a tuturor acelora pe care voi, cei din această ţară, îi numiţi foştii securişti. În timpul acelei revoluţii, România se va scălda pur şi simplu într-o mare baie de sânge ce va fi pe alocuri asemănătoare cu ceea ce se petrece în filmele despre personajul Dracula pe care le-aţi vizionat (ecranizările romanului scriitorului Bram Stoker). Luaţi aminte că atunci, în timpul acelei noi revoluţii, vor muri atât mulţi oameni ce au fost vinovaţi, cât şi mulţi oameni nevinovaţi. Pentru o anumită perioadă de timp, atunci când acea revoluţie se va dezlănţui, autoritatea de stat din România va dispărea aproape în totalitate. Opinia publică internaţională va fi profund şocată de ceea ce se va petrece atunci în această ţară, dar datorită faptului că va fi preocupată de propriile ei probleme şi de dificultăţile pe care le va face să apară cel de-Al Treilea Război Mondial, va rămâne în expectativă şi nu va interveni în această ţară. Atât datorită lipsurilor, cât şi datorită bolilor care se vor declanşa şi a crimelor care se vor comite în timpul acestei noi revoluţii, toate acestea combinându-se şi cu cel de-Al Treilea Război Mondial, populaţia României se va reduce considerabil, aproape la jumătate. Aşa cum vă spuneam, de pe teritoriul Bucovinei se va ridica un om bun, înţelept şi credincios întru Dumnezeu care va fi tare ca o stâncă. El va conduce acest popor cu o mână de fier, dar, totodată, va fi un om bun, înţelept şi drept. Până la acea dată când se va afirma ca un mare conducător charismatic, el nu va fi de nimeni cunoscut. Acest mare conducător va opri prăbuşirea naţiunii române şi tot el, prin activitatea sa plină de înţelepciune, o va înălţa în fruntea statelor de pe glob. Sub conducerea sa, România va ajunge, la scurt timp după aceea, la cea mai mare extindere teritorială din întreaga sa existenţă şi va atinge cea mai mare înflorire economică. În acele vremuri, militarii români vor fi aduşi în ţară de pe fronturile unde luptau anapoda, fără niciun ţel, şi îşi vor folosi experienţa în obţinerea unor victorii împotriva celor care vor ataca această ţară, iar faptele lor de arme vor fi la fel de glorioase ca şi acelea ale înaintaşilor lor. Trebuie să ştiţi că toate acestea vor fi posibile deoarece ei vor avea un ţel nobil, o cauză dreaptă şi un conducător bun şi înţelept, care va fi capabil să-i călăuzească. În secolele următoare, România va juca un rol preponderent în viaţa spirituală, politică, socială şi economică a acestei planete.”

Anumite structuri statale lipsite de suflet vor dispare din istorie şi printre acestea amintim SUA, Uniunea Europeană şi NATO. Toate acestea se vor prăbuşi şi vor dispărea. SUA se va prăbuşi deoarece are picioare de lut şi fiindcă structurile sociale în această ţară au fost consolidate pe minciună şi pe felurite premise false. Slăbiciunea SUA va fi demonstrată adeseori în cursul celui de-Al Treilea Război Mondial, în urma căruia hegemonia SUA va dispărea.”

Description: Performed in the Olt region of southern Romania, the Căluş ritual dance also formed part of the cultural heritage of the Vlachs of Bulgaria and Serbia. Although the oldest documented music used in this dance dates from the seventeenth century, the ritual probably derived from ancient purification and fertility rites using the symbol of the horse, which was worshipped as an embodiment of the sun. The rituals name derives from the Căluş, the wooden part of the horses bridle. The Căluş ritual features a series of games, skits, songs and dances, and was enacted by all-male Căluşari dancers to the accompaniment of two violins and an accordion. Young men used to be initiated into the ritual by a vataf (master) who had inherited the knowledge of descântece (magic charms) and the dance steps from his predecessor. Groups of Căluşari dancers, sporting colourful hats, embroidered shirts and trousers adorned with small jingling bells, perform complex dances, which combine stamping, clicking of the heels, leaping and swinging of the legs.
According to tradition, groups of dancing and chanting Căluşari, who were thought to be endowed with magical healing powers, went from house to house, promising good health and prosperity to villagers.
Until today, Căluşari meet to celebrate their dancing and musical prowess on White Sunday. Testifying the rich cultural diversity of Romania, the Căluş ritual is also widely promoted at folklore festivals, such as the Caracal festival in the region of Olt, turning it into a veritable national symbol.

Decebalus or “The Brave One” (originally named Diurpaneus) was a king of Dacia (ruled the Dacians 87 106) and is famous for fighting three wars and negotiating two interregnums of peace without being eliminated against the Roman Empire under two emperors. In the later short peace (end of 102-105) granted by Trajan, Decebalus continued to act as an independent king, rather than a conquered client and repeatedly annoyed or infuriated the Romans.
Consequently, the Legions under Trajan’s orders went on the offensive again in 105 AD and reduced the Dacian stronghold and capital Sarmizegetusa in 106 AD, finally running down Decebalus the same year, whereupon he committed suicide rather than being marched through Rome as a captured foreign leader.

Trajan’s Column | Dacian Wars Romanian History Dacians
Trajan’s Column is a Roman triumphal column in Rome which commemorates Roman emperor Trajan’s victory in the Dacian Wars. It is located in Trajan’s Forum, built near the Quirinal Hill, north of the Roman Forum. Completed in 113 CE, the freestanding column is most famous for its spiral bas relief, that artistically describes the epic wars between the Romans and Dacians (101–102 and 105–106). Its design has inspired numerous victory columns, both ancient and modern.
Inhabited by the ancient Dacians, today’s territory of Romania was conquered by the Roman Empire in 106, when Trajan’s army defeated the army of Dacia’s ruler Decebalus ( Dacian Wars). The Roman administration withdrew two centuries later, under the pressure of the Goths and Carpi.
The Romanian people was formed by the Romanization of the Roman Province of Dacia. The Romanians are descended from local populations: Dacians (Getae, Thracians) and Roman legionnaires and colonists. In the course of the two wars with the Roman legions, between 101 – 102 A.D. and. 105 – 106 A.D. respectively, the emperor Trajan succeeded after in defeating the Dacians and the greatest part of Dacia became a Roman province. The colonization with Roman or Romanized elements, the use of the Latin language and the assimilation of Roman civilization as well as the intense development of urban centres led to the Romanization of the autochthonous population. The intermarriage of Dacians with Roman colonists, formed the Daco-Roman population, which is part of the ethnogenesis process of the Romanian people. This process was concluded by the 10th century when the assimilation of the Slavs by the Daco-Romanians was completed.

The cave of the ancient God Zamolxes, the one worshiped by the people of Dacia, can be found and visited near the small town of Polovragi, Romania. The stories and mysteries of this place are a quite fascinating piece of history mixed with legends and mythological stories. Zamolxes was the All-Mighty God of the Dacians (also known in the Greek records as Getae people)
Dacians were the ancient inhabitants of Dacia, located in the area in and around the Carpathian Mountains (Europe) and east of there to the Black Sea (this area includes the present-day county of Romania, as well as parts of Ukraine, Eastern Serbia, Northern Bulgaria, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland).
Zamolxe The Arian, Son of Dumnezeu
Zamolxe of Dacia (560-472 BCE)
Zamolxes is the All-Mighty Dacian God. Ancient Greek manuscripts depict him as a human, a prophet for his people. Herodot wrote about him as a Dacian man who, around the year 1400 BC, went traveling around the world learning astronomy and medicine. What it is, in fact, known is that this Zamolxes (after his death), was the most important God for the people of Dacia.
Zamolxe (Zamolxis or Zalmoxis) is best known among historians and students of religious studies as a Messianic God and civilizing hero of Dacians, the ancestors of the present days Romanian people. The reconstruction of a biographical account of Zamolxe, the Great God of Dacians, is a challenging task. Although the information from antiquity may rely on legends and myths, a biographical sketch could still be created. The result is that any biography is as legendary as the historical data employed.
Certain data are used as pillars of reference. From the historian Herodotus it is known, for instance, that Zamolxe lived in the island of Samos with Pythagoras, who most likely was born at about 580 BCE. We presume that Zamolxe was Pythagoras’ pupil. It may be a gap of 20 years between their birth dates; hence Zamolxe’s birth may be in the year 560 BCE. That makes him part of the Axial Age paradigmatic religious figures such as Buddha, Confucius, Lao-Tze, Mahavira, Pythagoras, and prophet Zechariah.
Zamolxe’s birthday is in a day of pagan winter celebration that is nowadays Christmas Day (the Romanian language still preserves the old name as CRĂCIUN), 25 December. His place of birth is in the area of Sarmisegetuza Regia, where for long existed an old sanctuary of the Dacian religion. Today in Romania, Sarmisegetuza still has remnants of the ancient cult temples.
The life of Pythagoras played a great role in that of Zamolxe. The Samian sage (Pythagoras was born in the Greek island of Samos) left Babylon in 535 BCE at the time of Persian invasion (by king Cyrus the Great) and stayed in Egypt until the Persians (king Cambyses II) conquered it in 525 BCE. The Persians took Pythagoras captive and brought him to Babylon. There he learned with Zarates, a Zoroastrian priest, until 520 BCE when he returned from the 20 years long spiritual journeys to Samos, his birthplace in Ionia (part of the ancient Greece).
Herodotus, the historian, remarks that Zamolxe was Pythagoras’ slave, but we interpret his statement, as that He was his pupil. There aren’t historical accounts of Pythagoras keeping slaves. The time period of Zamolxe’s study with Pythagoras was probably of two years until 518 BCE, the time when the sage decided to go to Croton in Magna Graecia, a Greek colony in the Southern Italy.
Another hypothesis is that Zamolxe reiterated to a lesser extent the spiritual journey of Pythagoras. In 518 BCE Zamolxe went to Babylon where he studied three years in the company of the same Zoroastrian priest Zarates. Then in 515 BCE He went to Jerusalem at the time of dedication of the second temple. In the same year Zamolxe went to Egypt for a further three years of deepening his learning.
Overall Zamolxe of Dacia was away from His home for eight years. During that time He acquired the great wisdom relevant to that ancient spiritual world. Returning home in about 512 BCE, Zamolxe started a series of religious and social reforms in order to civilise His people.
The apprenticeship with Pythagoras and other scholars shaped the backbone of His teachings. The beliefs that Zamolxe held were that:
1. Do oppose evil, honour the truth, look for justice and fill your soul with justice. By following those, the power of darkness diminishes.
2. Live in harmony with people, but if they are not peaceful enough they should be confronted for their minds are mastered by darkness.
3. Any person who did wrong deeds should restore them if possible; else that person is to be punished for own mistakes.
4. Respect everybody, but if someone is unworthy of it just ignore that person.
5. In all that you do, look at following the light of God.
6. Those with plenty of The Spirit of Wisdom go to the kingdom of God and are immortals.
7. Never offer sacrifices, based on killing and destruction of flowers and fruits, to God or gods; deities don’t need your material offerings. Your sacrifice has to be understood as giving up disorder in thinking, speaking and acting.
8. Learn from any nation what they have the best, thus the light of your people shines brighter.
9. Live simply, beautifully and justly.
10. Look at the flame of the sacred fire that is your link to God.
Zamolxe the Arian became Great Priest, then king, thus being able to be more efficient with His social reforms. As legislator and religious leader Zamolxe was known in the Greek world of His time and thereafter. He had knowledge of astronomy, medicine and mathematics; subjects learned primarily from Pythagoras.
The religion that Zamolxe instituted (better to say reformed), known as zamolxianism was a solar cult, a creed of soul salvation and of mysteries. It intermingled the secular with the religious, yet the society was not theocratic. Its timely evolution is yet to be discovered; today there are relevant traces of Zamolxe’s creed in the Romanian popular religion. The origin of certain traditions and customs point out to a native rather than Christian basis.
Studies in Romanian ethnography and folklore have uncovered trails of Zamolxian creed that survived and even evolved during centuries of Christian domination (mainly of the Romanian Orthodox Church).
Blood Sacrifice For Zamolxis

Dacians used to bring sacrifices for their God. For example, at every four years they would sacrifice a man considered one of the brave. Four Dacians would hold four long spears. Others would throw the man up so that he would fall on the spears. Before the throwing, the brave man would receive all the messages that Dacians wanted to be sent to Zamolxes. If the man survived it was considered that the God didn’t accept the sacrifice and he was put to shame for the fact that he wasn’t worthy. If he died then the Dacians would celebrate that the God was pleased with the killing and received their messages.
The Cave of Zamolxes from Polovragi
A cave in the small town of Polovragi is where the legend says that it was the home of the All-Mighty Dacian God. It is a mystical place where, as the legend says, the dacian priests performed many rituals. The name of Polovragi comes from the name of a plant “Polovraga”, which is extinct now, but, as to the local legends, in ancient times, it had the power to heal any disease or wound.
Zamolxes and the Legend of a “Shapeshifter”

The old Dacian legends are depicting Zamolxes as a very powerful God that used to change his form from a young man to an old one. Some other legends are about this God changing into a wolf, as this animal was a sacred one for the people of Dacia. The cave is 7 million years old. Above the cave there have been discovered the ruins of an old Dacian fortress. It is said that the cave served as well to get from one side of the Carpathian Mountains, to the other side, where the capital of Dacia was (Sarmisegetuza). This part of the legend might as well be true because researches found 2000 years old shoe prints on the cave’s ground. The cave was discovered 100 years ago.
The Treasures and the Curse

There are many stories of thousands of gold treasures buried in this cave. Tourists often say that in one of the chambers of this cave (where there is a stone that is considered by the locals to be Zamolxes’ throne) you can feel tingling in the hands.
Many locals have stories of horror about the cave. It is said that it is cursed and anyone who enters it and takes its treasures will soon die of a painful death. There are also legends of locals being terrified after their sheep herds had disappeared without a trace. Some say that around important religious holidays you can hear a chanting coming from the cave. It is said that it sounds like Romanian language but no one can actually understand the lyrics.
Where, How Much, How Do I Get There?

The cave of Zamolxes can be found in the small town of Polovragi, Romania. There aren’t many tourists here, mainly because not many people know about it. The speleologist have managed to explore about 10 kilometers of the cave. It is not yet known for sure but the legends say that the cave is in fact a passage to the other side of the mountain.

The cave can be found at about 244 kilometers from Bucharest, the capital of Romania (3 hours by car) . From Bucuresti you must go north-west to the city of Pitesti, on the highway. From Pitesti, you must go in the direction of the Ramnicu Valcea City. From Ramnicu Valcea you take the road to Horezu, a smaller city. And from Horezu you should easily find the town of Polovragi with your GPS, map or road signs.

In Polovragi you can also visit a 17th century monastery, built in a byzantine style. From here you can go to the cave of Zamolxes, walking on the side of the Oltet river and you can admire the magnificent landscape.

Of the 10 kilometers explored of the cave, tourist have access to only 900 meters. There is a humid and hot atmosphere in the cave (about 9 degrees Celsius and 90% humidity). The entrance fee is rather low, under 2 euros. The visiting hours are from Friday to Sunday (weekend), from 11.00 AM to 5.00 PM.

Situata in Parcul National Apuseni, Pestera Focul Viu adaposteste al treilea bloc de gheata fosila ca marime din Romania (dupa Ghetarul Scarisoara si Avenul Bortig). Pentru a intelege de unde i se trage numele trebuie sa mergeti la pestera pe la orele pranzului, atunci cand razele soarelui, care patrund prin spartura din bolta, se reflecta in gheata dand impresia ca aceasta s-a transformat intr-un foc urias, un foc viu. Cunoscuta in vechile descrieri si sub denumirea de Pestera Eschimosilor, grota este alcatuita din doua sali. In timp ce Sala Mica adaposteste stalagmite, adevarata vraja se petrece in Sala Mare acolo unde se afla impresionantul bloc de gheata precum si trunchiuri de copaci care au cazut prin fereastra din bolta. In latura din dreapta se deschide un fel de crevasa, extrem de periculoasa, de 20 metri adancime care nu poate fi coborata decat cu ajutorul scarilor speologice.
Legenda
Ca mai toate locurile frumoase din Apuseni, si Pestera Focului Viu sta sub semnul vechilor povestiri despre eroi de staturi formidabile care au trait in vremurile de demult in aceste zone. Una dintre legenda vorbeste despre o familie de uriasi pe care Decebal a adapostit-o in Apuseni cu conditia ca aceasta sa-i pazeasca aurul ascuns in pestera. Intr-o zi, oamenii care au venit sa fure comoara l-au momit pe mezinul familiei cu mancare otravita. Baiatul a murit, dar nici pradatorii nu au avut o soarta mai buna, gasindu-si sfarsitul sub bolovanii care s-au pravalit peste ei atunci cand au intrat in pestera. De durere ca si-a pierdut copilul, batranul urias a inceput sa rascoleasca pamantul si asa s-au format toate vaile, dealurile si pesterile din zona.

Situated in the Apuseni National Park , Cave Live Fire hosts the third block of ice rocks largest in Romania (after Scarisoara and pothole Bortig ) . To understand where it gets its name should go to the cave at noon when the sun’s rays , which penetrate through the hole in the sky, is reflected in the ice giving the impression that it has turned into a huge fire , live fire . Known as the ancient cave descriptions and Eskimo cave consists of two rooms . While the Small Hall houses stalagmites , the real magic happens in the Great Hall where the block of ice is impressive and trunks of trees that have fallen through the window arch . The right side opens a crevasse as extremely dangerous , 20 meters depth can not be lowered than using stairs caving .
Legend
Like all beautiful places in the Apuseni Cave live fire placed under the old stories about the heroes of tremendous stature who lived in ancient times in these areas. One legend tells of a giant family that Decebal housed in Apuseni a condition that it would guard the gold hidden in the cave. One day , the people who came to steal the treasure they lured youngest poisoned food . The boy died, but no predators had a better fate , met their death under the boulders that have rolled over them when they entered the cave . The pain that lost child , the old giant began to ransack the earth and so have made all the valleys , hills and caves in the area.
